The way we source our fabrics and produce our collections means that some of our items are only available in small quantities and may, therefore, be sold out. Please note that the majority of our pieces are limited edition and will not be returning in the future. Yes! Gift cards are available online. Once purchased an email will be sent to you on how to redeem our gift card.
Items bought on www.templa8te.com will gladly be accepted for an exchange only within 14 days of the delivery date.
All merchandise must be received back in its original form. Clothing must not be worn, altered, damaged, free of any stains, odors, self-tanner, pet hairs, or distinct smells including deodorant/perfumes and all tags must be attached. Templa8te does not offer a refund option.
At this time we do not offer store credit or gift cards in exchange for a refund, however, you can contact us to see how we can accommodate your request.
In the rare event that the item you received is not in pristine condition [we’re truly sorry!] Please contact our team with a photo of the damage before sending the product back.
