The way we source our fabrics and produce our collections means that some of our items are only available in small quantities and may, therefore, be sold out. Please note that the majority of our pieces are limited edition and will not be returning in the future. However, if you really need an item we may be able to produce an alternative just send a mail to info@templa8te.com to let us know.

At the moment we don’t have an official retailer just yet, however our Customer Service Representatives can be reached via phone, mail or live chat.

The nature of our products means they sell out quickly and this allows us to hold your place to make sure you get what you want. The item will be shipped by the date shown in the product description. Please note that full payment is required. This is the only way we can allocate the item to you.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. However, feel free to email Customer Service at info@templa8te.com and one of our representatives will do their best to accommodate your change.

If you see an item on our social media page but do not see it on our website the item is likely out of stock.

We understand how frustrating this can be so it is likely your favorite items may restock or be replaced them with a similar style.

Be sure to sign up for our newsletter in the pop-up or on the bottom of each page where you will receive information on restocks, sales, and new arrivals.

We ship worldwide! International shipping roughly takes 3-5 business days in transit. Please note we are not responsible for any delays or fees due to customs. Please contact your local postal service for more information on customs and duties.

All accessories are a final sale. In addition, any and all sale items are also final. Refunds and exchanges are not permitted.

If you are having difficulties with your coupon code please contact us as the code may no longer be valid. Please note that coupon codes cannot be combined with any other current offers, sales, or promotions.

Yes! Gift cards are available online. Once purchased an email will be sent to you on how to redeem our gift card.

Items bought on www.templa8te.com will gladly be accepted for an exchange only within 14 days of the delivery date.

All merchandise must be received back in its original form. Clothing must not be worn, altered, damaged, free of any stains, odors, self-tanner, pet hairs, or distinct smells including deodorant/perfumes and all tags must be attached. Templa8te does not offer a refund option.

At this time we do not offer store credit or gift cards in exchange for a refund, however, you can contact us to see how we can accommodate your request.

In the rare event that the item you received is not in pristine condition [we’re truly sorry!] Please contact our team with a photo of the damage before sending the product back.

Our team will gladly assist you with reshipping the item out to you in a timely manner.
