If you see an item on our social media page but don’t see it on our website the item is likely out of stock. We understand how frustrating this can be so it’s likely your favorite items may restock or replaced them with a similar style. Be sure to sign up for our newsletter in the pop-up or on the bottom of each page where you will receive information on restocks, sales, and new arrivals.
We use DHL so shipping times may vary depending on your location. Our order processing time is usually 5-7days working days but in most cases much sooner.
Items bought on www.templa8te.com will gladly be accepted for an exchange only within 14 days of the delivery date. All merchandise must be received back in its original form. Clothing must not be worn, altered, damaged, free of any stains, odors, self-tanner, pet hairs, or distinct smells including deodorant/perfumes and all tags must be attached. Templa8te does not offer a refund option.

We do accept custom sizes based on your individual measurements, however this will be considered a Custom Order and Custom Orders are for final sale which cannot be returned or exchanged for store credit. You can add your Custom measurements on the ‘Checkout’ page.
Our sizes range from a UK6- UK20, however if you fall outside of those sizes, kindly contact us to find out if we can create your desired piece in your specific measurements which will be considered a Custom Order.
